These terms apply to Reel Adventure Charters, the trading name of Reel Adventure Fishing Corporation, a Louisiana corporation registered in Florida as a foreign profit corporation under document number F24000003506.
Bookings
Trips are booked by phone or through this website. A trip is confirmed when we confirm it to you directly. Departure is from Southwind Marina, 10121 Sinton Dr, Pensacola, FL 32507.
Weather and cancellation
Offshore fishing is weather-dependent. We decide whether a trip can safely run, and we make that call as a judgment about the conditions on the day, not against a fixed deadline. If we cancel for weather, we will reschedule or refund.
On the water
Fishing is a physical activity carried out on open water. You take part at your own risk. Follow the captain's instructions at all times. The captain has final authority on all safety matters, including ending a trip early.
SMS text message program
Program name: Reel Adventure Charters operational alerts.
What it is: an internal notification service. Messages under this program are sent only to the business owner's own mobile number, to alert him that a call to the business line went unanswered. This program does not send text messages to customers or to members of the public.
How someone joins: the recipient signs a written authorization held by the company. There is no public sign-up, and no phone number collected through this website is enrolled.
Message frequency: message frequency varies, typically fewer than ten messages per week.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages.
